kathinsky on "[Plugin: WP Cloudy] unable to find cities that match the current query"

Hello I've just purchased the pro version and cant get the weather to actually show any data. When I try to create a new weather the city field says "unable to find cities that match the current query".

I've followed create first weather, setup and get API key guides already. :S
Any ideas on how I can make this work please?
