Video Gallery plugin does not have that feature; you can add videos only from Youtube and Vimeo. You can have a look at Huge-IT Video Player plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/video-player
It allows add videos from Youtube Vimeo and your own videos.
