Kuffs on "[Plugin: Awesome Support - WordPress Support Plugin] Great Plugin"

This plugin is really good. The add-ons are rather expensive though and some key features are not available such as being able to tell if a user has read your reply or not and the ability to auto close dormant tickets after a pre-determined time.
