Hello,

I help run a WordPress site for a business that's recently moved around their original web developer. As admin, the previous developer granted my account, along with a select few individuals, access to the website dashboard to help with changes and edits. We've been trying to reset the login credentials, but I believe the reset is being sent to the admin's email instead of my own, because myself and the others that have attempted resetting the password have not received emails (we've been doing this over a number of days and weeks, I understand these resets often take time to arrive in inboxes). Any suggestions in this situation?

I took a look at the Resetting Your Password post, and obviously attempted the automatic emailer option, but unfortunately I'm not familiar with MySQL, phpMyAdmin, or FTP processes of resetting the password. FTP looks possible, but again, we don't have access as admin.
