TopFitnessStrategies on "[Plugin: Easy Forms for MailChimp] Cannot direct to a page"

I know I have a lot of questions, but I need to make sure this is working right before I use it.

I'm wanting to direct my subscriber to a certain page after subscribed. But the only option I'm getting when I say "yes" to "redirect on submission" are a few posts, no page option.

I read through the instructions on how to do this, but no where is it showing a list of my pages. It's only showing a few posts and that's it.

Any suggestions?

The drop down should contain a list of pages and posts. You may want to scroll down to view additional entries in the list.

I have scrolled down. All it shows is "Post" and it only shows 19 posts (which I have a LOT more than 19). It will not scroll down further than the 19th post.

I have not found anything that says "page" anywhere.

Dude, that would be GREAT, but I'm not getting an option to do so!

Under "Form Settings" > "opt-in settings", on the drop down under "redirect on submission", my only option is "Post" and then 19 posts that I have (all in alphabetical order).

I don't have an option to enter a "Custom URL".
I don't have an option for "pages".

Am I looking in the wrong place?

I tried it with "AJAX" yes and no (and I know even know what AJAX is lol)

Oops, not "opt-in settings", I meant "submission settings".

Hmmm it looks like something is conflicting with that option.

I am unable to access any of the pages on your site. It seems to just hang and load indefinitely.

Additionally, I was able to download the theme that you are currently using - and found no issues with the redirect dropdown on my end.

Can you please deactivate all of your other plugins, and re-check?

Finally, can you please take a screencast or a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end - and share that here?

Ummmm, how am I able to send a screenshot? I don't see where I can attach a file to this post. And if you cannot access my site, how can I get that info to you?

Oh, and here's my lack of understanding how all this plugin stuff works, but if I deactivate the plugin, will I lose everything associated with that plugin and have to start over building everything again?

I'm scared to deactivate anything that's important to what I've done already.

I have a picture in the screenshots above.

I didn't see them in either of the screenshots above so I was wondering if that was the issue.

So when you scroll the drop down does it does not go past the 19 shown in the screenshot?

That's it. Just those 19. It does not scroll down any further or right any further.

Yup, just went and rechecked the plugin interface. That's it.

Is there something else I'm missing?

Please perform the debugging steps I have outlined above, and report back here with your findings.

It sounds like another plugin you have installed, or some bit of custom code that you have installed is conflicting with our plugin.

If it only shows those 19 entries and you can't scroll to more then you wouldn't get a scrollbar at all.

Here's the update:

I deactivated every plugin, one at a time. After each one, I tried the YIKES form and still got the same thing: no option for pages, only the 19 posts.

I then deleted YIKES plugin completely, then reinstalled it and created a whole new optin form. It was still the same as before.

I then went and tried the YIKES plugin on another wordpress site I own. It worked great.

So, could it be the theme I'm using?

I'm totally baffled.
