Whenever we copy the production database to the dev database (they do have different URL's) we lose all the customizer settings that we have set using the interface.
When we looked at the database, the settings were in the exact same rows... no differences between the files and the databases OTHER than the change in URL's.
Since we're going to a dev-staging-production setup of three servers, we would like to avoid having to reenter all the custom settings.
