I can't open /wp-admin on my website because of that, so I can't update plugins and WordPress.

Before installing WP Limit Login Attempts everything was running good...

Just go to wp-content > plugins then delete 'wp-limit-login-attempts folder. Then reinstall. ciphercoin.com/wp-admin is working without any problem.
