Access Keys on "[Theme: Accesspress Parallax] every element of the site appears as new link on the menu"

I have issue with adding new items on the different sections.
I follow the documentation given and every time I add New Section to put a new element in Portfolio or Team or name it, it appears as a separate page + as a link on the menu.

Any ideas how can I solve this?
