Todd Christensen on "[Plugin: Advanced Custom Fields] Errors and can't log-in to your support"

Hi,
(The version actually is 4.4.7 which isn't on your form pull-down)

Seems to be some bugs in both he plug-in and my ability to let you know.
Your site will not let me log-in for some reason and the registration and password re-sets do not send me any email.

So. I have do this here.

I keep getting errors - they show up at the top of the plug-ins list in the WP admins

ERRORS as follows:

I've looked into the files specified in the error and see nothing obvious? Where do I begin trouble shooting this?
