Archetyped on "Subscription Email Service with Cornerstone"

Hello, I first posted in normal wordpress support, then was told to email JetPack support, and they said to contact Coerstone support. So I hope someone can help!
I am needing a solution for subscription emails that people get when I create a new post. There's coding at the top and bottom of the emails. Is there a subscription service that works with coerstone or a solution for this?
