YITHEMES on "[Plugin: YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter] Filter works on category page, but not product page"

I have added the YITH Woocomerce Ajax Product Filter widget to both the "Shop Sidebar" and "Product Sidebar" with the same settings; however, the filter does not show on the product pages. Can you advise why the filter would not be showing?

Forgot to mention - the filter does show successfully on the Category pages.

Hi,

normally the product sidebar works in single product page and the filter widget doesn't works in single product page.
Note that our filters works only with the standard shop page of WooCommerce and not in custom shop page aht you cna create with shortcodes or Visual Composer.

Please, can you send me a link where I see the shop page without filter ?
