Could you please try to apply the following CSS code through the Simple Custom CSS plugin or child theme's style.css?

.footer-widgets.widget-area .widget{ padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;
}

No, it didn't work. Still the same.

There's 15px of padding to the left & right of each widget. You can add this rule instead:

.footer-widgets .col-md-3 { padding: 0;
}

This will eliminate all padding. However, the problem with the space appears to be because there is very little content in the About Us widget. That is, each widget area takes up 25% (an equal quarter) of the footer area, so because the About Us widget has so little content, it looks like there's a huge gap between it and the Contact Info widget. You can add some CSS to lessen the amount of space allocated to the About Us widget and reallocate it to the other widgets, or you can also try moving the About Us widget over to the far right so the gap doesn't look so apparent.

Where did you add the CSS, I don't see it. Please temporarily deactivate your caching plugin, too, or else your changes may not show up right away.
