I have a WordPress site in which /wp-content is in a subdirectory of the site's root, e.g. http://www.example.com/xyz/wp-content.
I have been unable to configure WordFence firewall correctly. It can not write to /wp-content/wflogs/. Permissions have been set properly. I have successfully installed WordFence (including firewall) on several sites; not a novice.
Is it known if a path such as http://www.example.com/xyz/wp-content/wflogs will cause this failure?
