Hi,
I am using 'File' custom field so that at the registration user can upload a file. It is not working... The form is submitted but the file dose not get uploaded.... it shows the 'Download File' in 'View Profile', but there is no file... the hyperlink shown to the 'Download File' link is 'http://mydomain.com/wp-content/uploadsManjusha-Aklujkar.xlsx'. Earlier version was working... At least the file was getting uploaded but the hyperlink had some issue... this is fixed with your latest version, but now the file is not getting uploaded.... please help!

it's working on my test site. Is the file really uploaded? The original upload dir should "wp-content/uploads/profiles/USERID/". Check if the upload failed, maybe it's a permission issue.

Yes, you are right. It was indeed a permission issue! :(

But isn't it risky to give 777 file permissions to the 'uploads' folder?

Also would like to know how to add more file types. The users should be able to upload xlsx, xls, ppt and pptx files. Where do I setup max file size to be uploaded?
