Recently published changes are only showing up when I visit my site from Word Press Admin and are not showing up when checking the site from other computers. I have tried installing a cache plug in and emptying all cache but still not working.

My site is psychosissupport.ca

The recent changes are: 1. On the home page I changed the name of the chair from Mike Singleton to Paul McDowell and 2. on the News and Events page it should show a new post titled Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies.

These changes both show up correctly if I access my site from WordPress admin and the pages have been "updated", but they do not show up if I access direct from my browsers or other computers.

-which plugins are installed?
-are all plugins updated?

Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator
Google Analytics Dashboard for WP
Meta Slider
Ninja Forms
Page Builder by SiteOrigin
SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
W3 Total Cache
WP Simple Anchors Links
Yoast SEO

Yes They are all updated.
I am an amateur at this so open to advice.

Are you aware of what your caching plugin does?

I understood it to speed up loading of website.

I installed it as an attempted 'fix' for this problem - read it on the inteet somewhere - may have misunderstood - not too savvy and never had a problem before.

A caching plugin intentionally saves old copies of your website. It does this so that the server behind the website can send the saved content to the user without having to process it. Normally the server would have to run database queries to retrieve content. Caching gets around that, that's how it speeds up your website.

Right, but I thought Flushing or emptying the caches would load refreshed pages. Note: I was having this problem before I installed the Cache plugin.

Can you link us to a page that is supposed to be updated? Maybe we can see if there's something else going on

Could you ask your hosting providers whether they are caching your site?
