WPBruiser/Goodbye-Captcha is blocking authentication from the default login form provided the free version of Ultimate Member. I have neither created any other login form nor installed any UM extension. In fact, I installed WPBruiser as a probably better alteative to the Google Captcha extension. If this work, it consider your plugin will be a much better option.

The issue just happens when I activate the "Protect Login Form" checkbox in the "Membership" tab.

Once I deactivate it again, if at the same time I check "Protect Login Form" in the WordPress tab, it works, because I suppose that the options in WordPress tab are for the wp-login form, aren't they? So what I check or unchek in the WordPress tab should not have any effect. But maybe there is another option in the WPBruiser settings I had to have in consideration

I have not tried what happens if I activate the protection for the registration or the reset password pages. I will try too
