Sorry but that is not a WordPress.org listed theme. I am only focusing on WordPress.org themes for the moment.

I'm not sure if I will be supporting any themes on Themeforest because I have never found a product on there that is not bundled with extras or has followed WordPress standard theme structure.

@sreekanth1212 I have had a look at the code and the default settings are fine as it is. The template file should also load with no problems. Have you followed the documentation to enable support for the plugin?
