Hi. I was just resuming work on a personal blog when I noticed there are two versions of it. Should I have "exampleblog.com" and "exampleblog.wordpress.com"?

So you mean I should've have bothered to have created a profile and account here just to seek support? I think you may have answered my question.

If I have GoDaddy and paid, is that self-installed? Excuse my ignorance but none of the terms you just described are clear to me. I'm brand new at this and find it very confusing.

OK, if you're on GoDaddy, that's self installed. you had cited "exampleblog.wordpress.com". That's NOT on GoDaddy.

Does exampleblog.com point to your GD site?
