Corey - The Theme Foundry on "[Theme: Make] getimagesize(): Read error! in customizer/logo.php"

Intermittently on a site that uses (a child theme for) Make, I'm getting this error:
Notice: getimagesize(): Read error! in [path-to-the-site]/wp-content/themes/make/inc/customizer/logo.php on line 206

I checked out logo.php, and the referenced line is:
$getimagesize = getimagesize( $path );

(Background: I'm working on a site that someone else set up. They initially set it up using Make theme with Make Plus, but Make Plus has since been disabled.)

Since it's intermittent, I'm not sure how to go about troubleshooting this one.

Any guidance on this appreciated.

Hi @bdd,

I've seen this error a few times as well, but haven't figured out how to reproduce it consistently yet. It seems to have started after the update to WordPress 4.5. We'll let you know when we have a better answer for you.

Update: we have a fix that will go out in the next version.
