My websites were twice in the last 60 days when I had iThemes Security installed. After the last "cleaning" I paid for, I installed Wordfence Security. Since then I have been malware "free" from attempted hacks from China, Germany, Ukraine and LA. The scan tool is very informative as are the alerts you receive when someone attempts to access your site.
