Michael on "Comments aren't posting on actual posts"

So, when users comment on my website, the Idea don't end up on the post itself. I go in to approve their Idea, and the Idea are posting on one of my static pages instead of the post they commented on. HELP! I have no idea how to fix this issue, thanks!

i have the same thing happening to me. i hope you get a response. and i just noticed this error it looks like it started in november last year.
do you have akismet (spam and comment) plugin activated?
