Ecwid on "[Plugin: Ecwid Ecommerce Shopping Cart] Nav Menu Error"

My site just updated to 4.2.1.1 and the nav menu disappear or caused it to go all funky. The store page is fine, but the rest of the site is messed up.

Okay, maybe the store page isn't okay either. I thought it was an exception.
