Eva on "Two headers"

Hi,

I'm using shopkeeper theme (http://shopkeeper.getbowtied.com/) with visual composer (https://vc.wpbakery.com/)

What I would like is to be able to have two headers, each with menus but formatted differently. If you look at the below website it has two headers right at the top. One with a black background and one with a white background.

Wondering if there is a plugin or somewhere to do this in wordpress normally that I'm missing?

Since you're using a commercial theme I'd advice to ask the theme author's support forum. This forum only supports the themes from wp.org.
