Hi,
I have the DB file of a wordpress website that I had hosted on a free hosting. The site on the free hosting is down since 48 hours. I can access FTP and Cpanel. I have a backup of only the DB. I want to know if its possible to migrate the site onto a new domain.
Kindly help me with some instructions.
