Sam on "[Theme: Pixova Lite] Reducing the size of the header background image"

I am trying to amend the header background image, but unsure where to do this? Currently it takes up half the page, and to read any content, people need to scroll down which is far from ideal.

I would really like to reduce this to make it more aesthetically pleasing.

.sticky-wrapper { height: 145px !important;
}
