We would like to inform you that the themes Home Page template does not have a sidebar. Please refer to the demo link below:

Are you using the Home page template? or do you have any other page as a home page?

The code bellow should make Icon Text Block in Header Call To Box Widget horizontal but you need to work on the fonts and line height
