Greg Ross on "[Plugin: WP Statistics] plugin does not work"

hi everyone!
i recntly installed the plugin but it does not record any hits or traffic.
i am using this plugin i another website and it works perfectly. the current theme is zerif pro. i tried adding the <?php wp_footer(); ?> code to the footer.php file as some suggested but no luck any advice will be appreciated!

Double check your configuration, make sure data collection is enabled in the plugin. Also check your exclusions, especially the IP based ones.

Are you using any caching plugins?

Try disabling other plugins to see if it is a conflict with one of them.
