You can use either
<?php echo S2MEMBER_CURRENT_USER_LOGIN; ?>
or the shortcode
[s2Get constant="S2MEMBER_CURRENT_USER_LOGIN" /]

By the way, I see that you have opened two threads on this in the WP How-To & Troubleshooting Forum. As James Huff has already explained to you, that's the wrong place for a query like this. You are asking about code created by s2Member. It has nothing to do with WordPress generally.
So when you talk about a URL like http://example.com/%%current_user_login%%-my-Account/ over on that forum, it literally means nothing, because WordPress has no built-in code %%current_user_login%%
Only s2Member developers and users will have any idea what you are asking.
