I just built my first ever website. My tag pages have the text displayed before the image and I would like to have the image displayed before the text

everything I have read says there is no plugin that does this and it requires coding.
I am not experience in code writing or a lot of the terminology used. I would dearly appreciate help, both in the code and a step by step instruction on where to add this code.
