qacreations on "Themes not being applied to webpage"

I built this site, and it was working until this moing. Now it appears that the themes are not properly being applied. I was running the Llorix One Lite theme, and tried changing it to the Twenty Fifteen theme, but the website doesn't change. The info is there, but theme-less, so it's ugly.

I am using Inteet Explorer and OS X El Capitan. The website is on WordPress version 4.5.2, and I am attempting to use Llorix One Lite theme version 0.1.16.

I am not sure why it stopped working and would appreciate any help I can get to explain why themes suddenly don't work.
