Permaliks for WPstore locator not workin.
We are hosting it on GoDaddy

Have you tried using different values for the permalinks? It's possible another plugin is already using the same slug.

Can you also try to go to Settings - Permalinks in the WP Admin and save the permalinks again? Also try to disable all other plugins and see if that makes a difference, if that doesn't change anything then try a default theme to see if the conflict comes from within your theme.

Also check if there is any custom rewrite code in the .htaccess file.

All plugin disabled, and i resaved permalink settings. Still not working.
We have live site i don't want to revert to default theme. What can be in the theme causing permalink not working?

It's possible the theme tries to register a custom post type with the same slug as used by the store locator, maybe unlikely, but I have seen themes do it before.

It also possible the theme modifies the rewrite rules in the htaccess.

It seem to be a common problem with GoDaddy and permalinks. I don't know how technical you are, but maybe this post helps.
