Insert media or insert from URL? which is better?
I have a transfer volume limit on my server host, my question is:
when I upload files to my wordpress account and then post them (insert media), the volume is obvious, file size matters,
but when I use exteal storage and insert URL, does the size of the file add to the transfer volume or do they load directly to end user computer from the other host, e.g. facebook and use up their volume?
