Kasia - WPMU DEV Support on "[Plugin: Membership 2] Buggy. Unreliable. Poorly Supported"

I thought this would be the very simple membership plugin I needed. I've used S2 Member on previous sites, which works great, but was a bit more than I needed for this project. Unfortunately, Membership 2 is not going to work for me: It hasn't been updated for 7 months, the most recent update of WordPress appears to have broken it, and support is slow. I had been considering the WPMUDEV premium option, as it looked like a good deal for all those plugins, tools, plus support. But unlikely now. Switching to Simple WP Membership.

I've checked your thread on our support forum and I'm terribly sorry for the delay, but I see that my colegue answered to your thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/getting-500-server-error-when-trying-to-add-members?replies=2
We will improve our response time on forum - thanks for pointing that.

Our developer is preparing new version of the Membership 2 that should be released soon, so I'm hoping you will give it another chance.
