You need add this code instead of link - #leadToPagePart
leadToPagePart - it is ID of the element on the page. Then you need to create a bookmark with this id attribute on the page.

Please check this article - http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp - find "HTML Links - Create a Bookmark" and check the example. Please note, that in the example they use "tips" as ID of element.
