hello when i try to click on button using wp_cart_button it take much time to run.

Hi, can you share your URL? How much memory is allocated to your WordPress? Is this the first time this happens? Do you have a cache plugin installed?

yes the first time happen.
i work with ecommerce all is well.
but only this button run slowly. it take >10sec to run

You did not answer my questions above? And yes it is very slow, it took 19 seconds on my browser to open up.

RAM allowed to wordpress is 1GB
itry to desactive wp super cache but still some problem

Okay try the following, deactivate all your plugins except this one. Then carry out a test? Also if you are using WP Super Cache make sure you exclude your shopping cart and any page that has the PayPal button added from being cached.

I did a quick test on your site by using the add to cart button, it ran smoothly for me. Are you still having an issue with it?

i just desactivate wp super cache
