Hello,
I have problem with setting the plugin. I got that errors:

[UPS] No rate retued for service code 08, The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations. (UPS code: 111210)

[UPS] No rate retued for service code 84, The requested service is invalid from the selected origin. (UPS code: 111100)

Where can be the problem?

I have checked with your provided details in UPS Rate Calculator. I am not getting those services at all, which you were asking for. The reason could be, those services you were asking is not available for your origin and destination.
I recommend you to contact UPS regarding available services between your origin and destination.

Country is Poland. I've tried with UPS calculator and it was ok.

From the response you have provided, following are the services you are not getting,

1. Code : 08, Service Name: UPS ExpeditedSM
2. Code : 84, Service Name: UPS Today Intercity

Please check in the UPS calculator image, you are not getting these services at all.
I recommend you to contact UPS regarding available services between your origin and destination.
