layervii on "WP Catalogue remove thumbnails and category"

Hi - I am trying to remove the 'No Category' text at the top of this post and the thumbnail. Ideally if I could have the large image centered above the text that would be ideal. Struggling with getting the CSS I need to adopt on this one.
