bpasko on "[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Settings Link Returns Internal Server Error"

I've installed the plugin and it seems to work fine except that when I click on the settings tab in the dashboard I get the following error and can't manage any settings for the plugin:

Inteal Server Error

The server encountered an inteal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

As a follow up, I have already tried disabling all of my plugins and switching themes. Even with 2015 theme and all plugins disabled I still cannot view settings. I've also tried deactivating, completely deleting and reinstalling the plugin and it still does not work.
