bdbrown on "[Theme: Hueman] Fat fonts in topbar menu"

Greetings,

I'm using Source Sance Pro,Latin-Ext fonts on my site ( one of the original font type of HUEMAN ). The font type also comes on the topbar menu,but the visibility is rather strange.

It looks like color of the fonts is not solid. Also when hoovering.(Some parts of the letters change white, but some parts remain grey)
The topbar background is set on the default #26272b
Font color is on default #666, so no any css.

May be this phenomenon is due to the slim font type, as it results the same odd visibility with any other topbar background color settings.
I do not want to change the font type.

Is it possible to make the fonts a bit "fatter" but only in the menu?

Hi kerdezo. Not sure why your post is marked "Resolved" but I'm assuming you still need help? If so, you could add one of these styles to your child theme:

/* increase menu item font size */
#nav-topbar .nav li a { font-size: 18px
}
/* set menu items to bold font */
#nav-topbar .nav li a { font-weight: 600;
}

Or you could combine them:

#nav-topbar .nav li a { font-size: 18px; font-weight: 600;
}

Also, just a note: the version of the theme you are running is no longer being maintained or officially supported. Here's a post with some information on upgrading to the new version:
