whatapain on "[Theme: Virtue] Is it possible to add above and below a built-in widget "recent posts" per say"

Hi,
Using the free version, I am trying to add content above and below the recent posts section. If I drag over a content section then everything I build using page builder will show up in that spot. Is it possible to add content and around a built-in section?
