in google page insight I am getting an error message to "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript"

have a look at the FAQ and at AO's settings screen ajising84, and you'll probably discover an option 'force JS in head'. disable that, test what happens and continue the troubleshooting steps from the FAQ if not.
