Since uploading the latest set of virus definitions on my security plug-in (GOTMLS.net) your class-updraftplus.php file has been identified as a security threat. Is there any explanation or action I need to undertake?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with that plugin or its operations (I've not heard of it before) - it'd be best to ask its creators what to do with its waings.
