What's the difference between the Dashboard tab which has toggles and the General tab?

I felt that they do pretty much the same thing.

The dashboard with toggles is quite confusing and some beginners may actually end up doing something that they didn't intend to do.

The dashboard tab is more an over-view of all the options.

It can do everything the general tab can do, as well as the plugin/theme view.

Some people like it, some people hate it.

I personally, as a user, like the toggles in the dashboard view over the list views in the plugins and themes tab.

That being said, this plugin is not for casual users. It's for people who know what they want.
