I post my question and i hope anyone know about it.
Our website is WordPress one connecting to CRM dynamics . So all submission coming from users are transferred to the CRM through an xml code and router mail. The last period we get some submissions that i see them on my backend (entries form) but the lead does not create in CRM. The people who are working on CRM they said the bug does not coming from them and they said: As email didn’t receive in CRM, lead was not created in CRM. On our side we do not see any problem on WordPress (the entry is here and recorded in database). Who please have idea about what can be the root of issue ?

check with server guys if wordpress can send emails.

way for you to test will be to try resetting your password and see if you receive the email for the same.

urgent please .. i just got a simillar job to do , a wordpress website and to connect it with a crm system .. and i have any string to start with , i have no idea how to do it... would you give me please any hint or references for how this connection made? .. thanks in advance
