apugazh130 on "Installation — When I go to home page/wp-admin I only get the directory"

Just created a new subdomain on my website (using Namecheap/cPanel) and installed Wordpress through the Softaculous tool on cPanel. Everything went smoothly, but for some reason whenever I go to my default page or the wp-admin page I only see the folder directory. It's only those pages — I can click on login.php and reach my dashboard at wp-admin/index.php. And if I use the admin I can get to other published pages on my site like the default Hello World post. For some reason it's just the home pages that show my directory instead of what they're supposed to. Any clue what's causing this?
