I installed EWWW on a site where it has not been installed previously. I'm having an issue where it doesn't give me the option to install pngout, even after I unchecked the option to disable it in Advanced Settings.
There is no listing for pngout in the settings under the "All Clear" drop down, unlike the other account(s) where EWWW it has been installed. This behavior is new as I have other installs of this plugin in the SAME environment and it doesn't do this.
When I look in the /wp-content/ewww/ I see both pngout-static and pngquant is missing as compared to previous installs.
If you'd like the debug I'll need to send it privately due to all the included file pathes.
