cageehv on "[Plugin: Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions] Did this Plugin Cause 'Widgets' to Disappear?"

Hello...I recently downloaded this plugin & tested it out...i'm not sure if this plugin may have cause this issue, but I just noticed all my ‘active’ widgets in the backend admin (under Appearance) are no longer appearing...

It also seems I am unable to select any of the ‘available’ widgets from the right side of the widget list...it seems when i click on them, nothing happens...i cannot drag them over, or expand them etc..

-The issue seems to be affecting the entire Widget.php..since even the 'Screen Options' and 'Help' tab at the top of the widget page in the admin does not work...when I click on the tab...nothing happens.

On the frontend - everything looks normal...my widgets are still properly showing on the Live website...

Oddly, on the Localhost (backend) I am able to see the widgets on the admin page...it seems this issue is occurring within the backend of the ‘Live’ site.

Any help or insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated... :(
