jack randall on "Can't upload Images"

We are having issues with our Images Uploading to our media. We keep getting an HTTP error. We can see in the image library where it has tried to upload but hasn’t completed. Here are the things we have tried.

1. Calling our hosting company. They said everything is fine on their end and it’s a WordPress issue.
2. Changing the format of the image. From jpeg-png, or from png-jpeg. This works sometimes.
3. Resizing the image. We don’t use large images, but sometimes resizing works.
4. Renaming the image, sometimes this works. but less and less.
5. Checking the image path in settings, it is. “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders”
6. Having someone else try. We work as a team on the site across the USA, sometimes if one of us can’t get them to load, someone else can.

Our workaround above or working less and less and we are getting very frustrated. We aren’t sure what to do next.
