Even after deleting plugin I see old cache. Kindly provide complete uninstallation procedure.

Leverage browser caching may cause this issue. Can you tell me the url please?

I have fixed the issue. By reinstalling the plugin and disabling Caching from wp-fastest-cache settings. And later on uninstalled.
PS: There was no browser caching issue I have tested on several computer.

I am no more using it. I had issues with login system while using Shield plugin
Actually, in Shield plugin there is option to change wp-admin to different page name /myloginpage. So it looks like WP Fastest Cache has cahced login page too and I got lockedout of wordpress.
Is there solution to this problem? May be I can reconsider using your plugin again.

Of course there is a solution :) You should add a exclude page rule as below.

in addition, I will investigate Shield WordPress Security and implement a feature which detects the renamed login page by Shield WordPress Security.
