captainbr on "Submit button missing Fast Secure Contact Form"

Using Cyberchimps theme BusinessPro I added the following to the end of the CSS: input[type="submit"] {display:inherit;}
I also tried Twenty Twelve and Twenty Sixteen, deactivated all plugins and the Submit button does not show. It does show in Preview mode.
